Each seminar is organized in close partnership with a local club to ensure it best fits the community.
The instructors will guide you through lectures, providing insight into their respective areas of expertise.
This seminar is being held in collaboration with Nivå Gymnastikforening (IG: Nivaagymnastik).
Lectures will include among others:

- Tumbling/Trampette skills and progressions
- Practical physical training
- Speed work
- Digital tools in coaching
