DRILL 1

FRONT LAYOUT 180°, JUMP 360° TO THE BACK

We do this to stress the importance of still starting the layout before twisting.

FOCUS POINTS

 A 

Keep the chin tucked in during the entire drill.

 B 

When landing on the mat, pull the arms up and keep pushing the opposite shoulder towards the twisting direction, while doing a full twist to the back.
