DRILL 1
STANDING FRONT PIKE TO ARMS DOWN LANDING
This drill focuses on connecting the forward hollow takeoff with the piked position.
FOCUS POINTS
A
Grab the top of the calves below the kneepit and pull towards the torso, and keep the chin tucked in.
B
Prepare for the landing with the hands on the front of the thighs, a hollow upper body and the chin tucked in.

SET FRONT PIKE FROM LEVEL TRAMPETTE TO INCLINE
Combining the Front pike with the set in trampette. Focusing on correct technique from set to landing.
