STRAIGHT JUMP TO HOLLOW
Frontside tension, and a correct takeoff position. Focusing on extending the hips, while starting the rotation movement from the arms and upper body.
FOCUS POINTS
A
Shoulders raised and the straight arms cover the ears.
B
The upper body tilts forward while in a hollow position. The gymnast smacks the foamblock on top of the saltocube.

DRILL 2
STRAIGHT JUMP TO BACK LANDING
This drill focuses connecting the forward hollow takeoff with a tucked position.
FOCUS POINTS
A
Grab the shins right below the knees and keep the chin tucked in.
B
Prepare for the landing with the hands on the front of the thighs, hollow upper body and chin tucked in.

DRILL 3
SET FRONT TUCK FROM LEVEL TRAMPETTE TO INCLINE
Combining the Front tuck with the set in trampette. Focusing on correct technique from set to landing.

Arms shall move in a large backwards circle starting from the sides.
B
Grab the shins right below the knees and keep the chin tucked in.
C
Chin tucked in and hollow upper body with arms on the thighs.

DRILL 4
FRONT TUCK FROM FLAT TRAMPETTE
Executing the completed Front tuck to landing on the feet, before adding the run-up to the trampette.
